Buying equipment (CAPEX) costs RM 15,000–50,000+ upfront per machine, plus surprise repair bills. Renting from us (OPEX) means a low deposit of 2 months security + 1 month advance (for equipment under RM 100K), everything else included. Plus 100% of your rental fee is tax-deductible in the same year.
Both. We offer two tiers: new units for premium performance at a higher rental rate, and reconditioned units for budget-friendly rates. Both are fully serviced, warranted, and ready to run. You choose what suits your budget.
For equipment valued under RM 100K: 2 months security deposit + 1 month advance. For RM 100K–300K: 3 months + 1 month. Higher values are negotiated accordingly. Full payment is required before delivery.
Yes — our standard rental is calculated on a 6-month basis. After 6 months, you can renew (new 6-month agreement) or return. No long-term lock-in beyond what you commit to.
We are currently operating in Klang Valley (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya). Johor and Penang are coming in 2027, followed by Melaka, Ipoh, Negeri Sembilan, and eventually East Malaysia. Check our Coverage section for details.
Call us. We have Priority breakdown service for all rental clients. Spare parts are covered under your rental warranty — you do not pay extra for repairs.

For dishwasher rentals, yes — monthly wash and rinse detergent is included. For other equipment, chemicals are charged separately. Accessories like racks, trays, and filters are available for purchase.
